Shipping Policy

We ship orders as soon as the beer comes off the canning machine, we will never ship beer on a Friday, Weekend or Public Holidays. Given we are a true craft brewery who does its atmost to look after beer through the production lifecycle, we still want to have slight control of the logistical movements from brewery to your door.

We will also close our online store throughout Summer due to the high temperatures we experience out west.

We are unable to hold orders or combine orders.

Beer must be signed for by a person over 18 years at the time of delivery. Beer will not be left at an unattended address. If the courier service try to make a delivery and the location is unattended, the package will need to be picked up from a depot.

All orders are shipped through [UPDATE] Standard Parcel. You are able to track your order via the tracking number they send you via email.

If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, it is the responsibility of the receiver to organise the address change directly with the courier. A change of address fee might be charged by the courier service to the receiver.

We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia. Under the Liquor Act , it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.
